You may NOT use the Services to generate, facilitate, or distribute:

  • Malicious Code: Ransomware, viruses, spyware, trojans, or any code intended to gain unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or damage data.
  • Cyber-Attacks: Scripts for DDoS attacks, brute-force tools, or automated vulnerability scanners.
  • Deepfakes & Personality Rights: Non-consensual realistic imagery of real persons or content intended to deceive others regarding a person's identity.
  • NSFW & Harm: Sexually explicit content, gore, self-harm promotion, or material that incites violence or hatred.

2. Technical Abuse & Reverse Engineering

To protect our proprietary technology and business model, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Model Extraction: Any attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the underlying AI models, software, or prompt structures.
  • Automation: Using bots, scrapers, or scripts to bypass token limits, rate limits, or account restrictions.
  • Reselling: Selling access to your account or providing "Generation as a Service" using our API without a separate commercial agreement.

3. Professional Responsibility (Human-in-the-Loop)

AI Output & Liability Waiver

All code and images generated by lummie.app are provided "AS IS." The User acknowledges that output is produced via third-party AI (Reve API) and may contain logic errors, security vulnerabilities, or unintended biases.

The User MUST perform a final human review and testing of all code before deployment. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of unverified AI output.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We maintain ephemeral security logs (deleted every 30 days) to monitor for violations of these Rules. We do not use these logs for training AI models.

If you suspect a violation or find a security bug, contact us at: legal@lummie.app
