Lummie is a place for good conversations. These rules keep it safe for everyone and apply to all calls and chats.

• Anything illegal, or planning or promoting illegal acts.
• Any sexual content involving minors, and sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Threats, harassment or hate directed at people or groups.
• Using Lummie to impersonate real people, deceive others or create scams.
• Trying to make the characters produce harmful instructions, such as weapons or self-harm methods.

• No bots, scripts or automated access, and no reselling or sharing of accounts.
• No attempts to bypass minute limits, payments or security, or to reverse engineer the service.

The characters are AI and cannot replace a doctor, therapist or other professional. If you are thinking about harming yourself or others, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country right away.

The AI may refuse requests that break these rules. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break them, and report illegal content where the law requires it. Report a problem at support@lummie.app.
